Many dental clinics are small, owner-run practices. Software written for large hospital groups tends to arrive with implementation projects, per-seat licensing and screens a solo dentist will never open.

Limits to check before you switch

Dentrah records how a patient paid but does not process UPI, has no ABDM or ABHA integration and no GST module, and clinic data is not hosted in India. Support is remote, in English, over WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (UTC+5:30).
